I first want to thank my most recent paid/pledged subscribers; I found it an incredibly thoughtful gesture that someone would financially support this newsletter. I started this Substack to track my research on how Buffett and Munger have built Berkshire Hathaway, and it’s encouraging to meet so many individuals interested in hearing their stories.

Regarding Sabre Arc, I wanted to document how I've applied the lessons I've learned to the fund I manage.

Portfolio Total

We ended the month with $1,137,009, up $42,689.94 from August. This is another all-time high for the fund as the good times keep rolling. Although I consider myself an optimistic fellow, it is difficult not to draw similarities between the AI boom of today and the go-go years of the 1960s. The bull market of the sixties was as free as first love, and the '60s introduced a new generation of investors that had never witnessed a bear market. It is worrying that many of us, including myself, have yet to experience heartbreak in the market.
